In the morning, after cleansing and toning, apply 3-5 drops to a dry face and neck. Follow up with a moisturizer and sunscreen. Or, mix 2-3 drops with moisturizer for a nighttime skincare routine.

With a strong 20% of vitamin, this one works well on my skin and does not irritate it. My skin is combination so it breaks out easily, but it did not with this vitamin C.

I have tried many vitamin c serums (some well known brands and very $$$) and this is by far the best. No irritation, active yet effective ingredients with no irritation at a great price. I noticed a glow to my skin after two weeks of continual use (and a mineral SPF50+ sunscreen.) Will definitely be repurchasing.

This vitamin C, despite being 20%, is effective and gentle. I've tried other vitamin C's in the past that either irritated my skin (redness and bumps) or broke me out, but NOT this one! Been using it for about a month and it has lightened some dark brown post-acne spots and I feel like my skin is a lot firmer! My only critique is that the texture is kind of thick and sticky and it's difficult to spread around if you don't apply it after a more emollient skincare product first. I heard from Christine (BMK) that the 15% version of this serum doesn't have that textural problem, so that's next on my list once it restocks. It also has a very powerful--verging on pungent--citrus smell, like a sour citrus smell. That being said, I would expect a vitamin c to smell citrusy and the scent fades away as soon as it absorbs into the skin, so it's not overly bothersome.

I bought this because I heard it was a great dupe for a much more expensive popular vitamin c serum. So far so good and I feel like it’s helping to lighten some acne scarring.
