Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information is sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 1 business day for updates.

Changes & Cancellations

Cancel within 6 hours for free. After 6 hours, a US$5 fee applies. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible.

International Shipping

Free shipping eligibility is based on destination and service level. Available carriers and routing may change and may be substituted during shipping and handling without prior notice. Final shipping options and fees are confirmed at checkout.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and customs regulations vary by destination country. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their destination country.

U.S. ORDERS

For a limited time, all applicable import duties and taxes are covered by Be Mused Korea.

  • No additional charges upon delivery

The total you pay at checkout is your final total.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

DHL Shipments: Orders shipped via DHL are delivered with all applicable import duties and taxes paid by Be Mused Korea. There are no additional customs charges to pay upon delivery.

EMS Shipments: Orders shipped via EMS may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Duty-paid shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Customs inspections or clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Once your order has shipped, Be Mused Korea is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, or local postal services.
  • Orders returned because they were unclaimed, refused, or addressed incorrectly may be refunded less the original shipping cost.
  • Orders lost or undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are not eligible for a refund.
