• There is a penalty fee of $2.95 for order cancellations after 6 hours.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. Please note, it may take up to 1 full business day for the tracking code to be validated.
• Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive a partial refund with the original shipping fee* deducted from your total paid amount. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
