We ship worldwide directly from Seoul, Korea. Every product is sourced directly from the brands we officially partner with — never through third-party distributors — ensuring authenticity, freshness, and full brand integrity.
Our store currently operates in USD. Additional currency support, including CAD, may be introduced in the near future.
Products with fewer than six months remaining before expiry are clearly marked with the expiration date on the product description page.
SHIPPING GENREAL
Available shipping methods (varies by destination):
- Economy — Korea Post K-Packet and select local couriers (e.g., SF Express, Yamato, Kerry).
- Standard — Korea Post EMS.
- Express — DHL.
Shipping methods, routing, and service availability may vary by destination and are subject to change without notice. Complimentary shipping minimums and available options are shown below. Final shipping methods and fees are confirmed at checkout.
- Please allow up to 2 full business days (48 hours, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays) for processing and dispatch.
- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours without penalty.
- A $5.00 cancellation fee applies after 6 hours.
- Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.
- Tracking details are sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking updates.
- Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Returned packages due to incorrect details may be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund.
*“Original shipping fee” refers to the postal or courier cost paid by Be Mused Korea, which may appear in KRW on the shipping label depending on weight and destination.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY
- Some countries may restrict the import of cosmetic goods depending on local regulations.
- Under normal circumstances, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their destination country. For accurate information and estimation of import taxes, please contact your country’s customs authority.

Orders placed through March 31, 2026:
- All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by Be Mused Korea.
- What you pay at checkout = your final total.
Beginning April 1, 2026, customers will have the option to pre-pay estimated import duties at checkout for a smoother delivery experience.
Estimated duties vary by destination and local regulations. As a general reference, duties are often around 20% for the United States and 15% or less for Canada and many other countries, though final amounts are determined by local customs authorities.

DELAYS/UNCLAIMED PARCELS/FAILED DELIVERY
- Please note, there may be extra custom clearance procedures for some countries depending on the particular customs office which can cause delays from the original estimated shipping time.
- Be Mused Korea is not responsible for your country's customs, import taxes, or delays that arise due to customs processing. Be Mused Korea is not responsible for unclaimed parcels. If the parcel is returned to Be Mused Korea because it was unclaimed, a refund will be issued after a deduction of the original shipping fee*.
- Failed delivery due to an incorrect address and/or lost parcel due to handling of the recipient country's postal service will not be considered for a refund. Be Mused Korea is not responsible for post parcels once it leaves Korea.
