After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with toner and gently smooth over the face and neck. Or, if preferred, pour a small amount into the palm and pat and smooth onto the face and neck.

Now that it is winter, my skin is super dry and in need of extra moisture. I find that this toner helps to gently exfoliate my skin while not drying it out. It has a wonderful milky texture and is hydrating. Since I began using this toner my skin has been really smooth and I noticed it is even brighter than before! I love that it is gentle enough that I can use it every day and it doesn't have any ingredients that irritate my sensitive skin :)
I definitely recommend this toner if you are looking for gentle exfoliation AND hydration!

That tomer leaves my skin hydrated and does not leaves oily even i apply multiple layer. I bought that toner 4 bottles already. I will buy that toner again.

I’m such a sucker for toners and this one impressed me the first time I tried it.Wow!Where do I even start?I have oily skin and my skin loves this.This immediately hydrated my skin without that heavy feeling some milky toners tend to have.The formula is runny but it has a nice texture when patted into the skin.It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and glowing.I love the fact that it has panthenol and Niacinamide.I love it

After trying this product for weeks now, I can say that I really love this toner~
Usually, we read all over social media that milky toners are great for dry skin and/or sensitive skin, so I was always hesitant to try milky toners as I have oily skin. However, with this toner I just need to say: oily skins do not be afraid! My skin felt hydrated without being too heavy, this hasn't given me any acne, and it matches so beautifully with my other skincare products.
At the same time, I really enjoy the very mild exfoliating effect. I couldn't be more happy that I started my milky toner journey with this product!
