Athings OI Hand Calm Gua Sha:
Start with a clean face and prep your skin with a skincare product of your choice such as the Hyggee Relief Chamomile Mask in this set. Lightly place the Gua Sha flat against the face and begin by scraping and massaging in the center of the face to outwards motion.
for the jawline, use the ribbed curves of the Gua Sha to gently scrape and massage from the chin to the ear to release tension.
For the under-eye areas, very lightly scrape with the round side of the acupressure edge of the Gua Sha from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. Be mindful of the sensitive and fragile skin around the eyes.
Hyggee Relief Chamomile Mask:
After cleansing, apply the Relief Chamomile Mask all over your face and neck avoiding the eye and mouth areas. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. -
