It's slightly more viscous than water but still very watery which is what I prefer for toner. This one does a really good job at overall soothing and calming the skin, it sets such a nice base to other products, and is so easy to use because it's so gentle. I also feels like this has made my skin look more clear, pores smaller, and overall skin looks so much more healthy and brighter since I added this to my routine.
