All our services, including customer service and our worldwide shipping service are fully operating but with some changes for shipping options and availability.

SHIPPING GENERAL
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed by Be Mused Korea.
- You may cancel your order, without penalty, within 6 hours of placing your order.
- There is a penalty fee of $2.50 for order cancellations after 12 hours.
- Once your order is processed and leaves Be Mused Korea, EMS shipping takes 2-8 business days and K-Packet shipping takes 6-30 days worldwide.
- Tracking confirmation will be emailed to you once your order leaves Be Mused Korea.
- Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address on your order, you will receive a partial refund with the original shipping fee* deducted from your total paid amount. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address you provided and is not returned to us, we will not issue a refund in any form.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY
- Some countries may restrict import of cosmetic goods depending on their policies, and issues that may arise are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are also fully responsible for their respective country's customs and import taxes. For accurate information and estimation of import taxes, please contact your country's customs.
- Delays or customs duty charge. If your package is returned to us by your country customs, we will issue a partial refund with the original shipping fee* deducted from your total payment.
POSSIBLE DELAYS / UNCLAIMED PARCEL / FAILED DELIVERY
- Please note, there may be extra custom clearance procedures for some countries depending on the particular customs office which can cause delays from the original estimated time.
- Be Mused Korea is not responsible for unclaimed parcels. If the parcel is returned to Be Mused Korea because it was unclaimed, a refund will be issued after a deduction of the original shipping fee*.
- Failed delivery due to an incorrect address and/or lost parcel due to handling of recipient country's postal service will not be considered for a refund. Be Mused Korea is not responsible for post parcels once it leaves Korea.

*original shipping fee is the post fee paid by Be Mused Korea which is indicated in KRW on the shipping post label and is higher than our customer shipping fee (i.e. our customer shipping fee can be free if applicable or $7.50 (K-Packet) or $19.50 (EMS) for the USA, whereas the original shipping fee can be 15,000 KRW and up for K-Packet and 27,000 KRW and up for EMS depending on the weight of the parcel)
